GarsideLaycock's Contract Division undertakes building projects for the UK’s top national and regional organisations, including British Telecom, Royal Mail, Her Majesty’s Courts Service, Land Securities Trillium, the National Health Service, numerous Local Authorities and several Universities and Further Education Colleges.

Each of these clients has their own unique requirements, including site specific health and safety, environmental and security, often in occupied areas.

GarsideLaycock has an independent Project Team headed by Commercial Manager Peter Hopley that delivers this service, often accommodating short lead in times and fast track operations.
