I just wanted to drop you a line to pass on our thanks to Alan and his team.  They've done such a good job, everything has been really clean and today and they have caused us no trouble at all. Some of our staff have even commented that you wouldn't know they were there - which I think is a real credit to them all!!!

I am writing on behalf of myself, staff and governors. We just wanted to relay our thanks to you, Lee and the rest of your team for the excellent way this site has been run, organised and managed during the building of the Children’s Centre. Throughout the project the team of builders working in and around school have been hardworking, courteous and professional throughout their time here and ensured that any work done has had little impact on the day to day workings of the school.
 
It has been a pleasure working with Lee and his team and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Please relay our thanks to the ‘boys’, particularly Derek, Marvin, Graham, Graham, Paul, Scott and Lee who have gone out of their way in keeping myself, my Site Manager and my Deputy informed and involved, every step of the way.

I just wanted to send you a note to express my appreciation, and also that of my staff, for the manner in which John, the foreman from Garside Construction and his team are managing the building works at Belle Vale Jobcentre.
 
I spoke to John when I visited Belle Vale JC on Monday and was told by all the staff I spoke to in the office how smoothly the work was going and how cooperative and supportive John has been since the building work began. In fact, staff at Belle Vale could not have been more complimentary as this clearly could have been a much more difficult time.  I believe that this is an excellent example which demonstrates how we can successfully work together.

Two guys have attended this morning to reset the gates prior to the resurface work.

It needs to be said that I am very impressed by what they have done and how they worked. The gates are now in a better condition/operation than they probably were when first installed. They fully explained what they were here for, discussed our requirements, explained the options,involved us in the decisions, went about the work and then debriefed us when they had finished. If only it was always such.

Please pass our thanks on to the guys company/manager for an excellent job.
